Q: Where are your products made?
A: We are proud to say that all of our products are made right here in the United States.
Q: What is the difference between your Infant Change Pad and Toddler Change Pad?
A: Our infant change pad is the perfect size for an infant. It was designed to be compact enough to fit into an existing diaper bag when you still need to carry all the “baby stuff”. The inside pocket holds 2 infant diapers, a soft travel package of wipes and a small tube of diaper cream.
Our generously sized Toddler Change Pad was designed as a substitute for a bulky diaper bag. When you don’t need to (or don’t want to) lug everything around with you, our Toddler Change Pad allows you to carry just the essentials. The clear zippered pocket holds 2-3 diapers, a travel package of wipes and cream. The Toddler Change Pad has a nifty carrying handle so it can be carried on its own.
Of course our Toddler Change Pad can be used from the get go, on its own, in the car or thrown into your tote.
Q: How do I care for my change pad/diaper wallet?
A: Spot cleaning is recommended for the exteriors. Our change pads all have waterproof, wipe-clean interiors. Our silk diaper wallets are dry clean only.
Q: How long will it take for my order to arrive?
A: Orders are usually processed and shipped within three to five business days. We ship from Dallas, Texas using USPS Priority Mail. You can expect your order to arrive within approximately 5-10 business days.
We will let you know if an item is out of stock. Please contact us if you have a special shipping request.
Q: Can I ship my order to a different address?
A: Of course you may! Simply enter the recipient’s information under “Shipping address”. If you’d like us to include a message on a gift card, please let us know by clicking on the “Add special instructions to seller” when checking out.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: We currently do not ship outside of the United States. Our line is sold in select stores internationally as well as many fine online boutiques. Please check our “Where to Buy” page for a retailer near you.
Q: Will I be charged sales tax?
Sales tax is applicable on orders shipped to addresses in the state of Texas. The current rate of sales tax for Texas residents is 8.25%.
Q: What payments do you accept?
We accept the following means of payment through Paypal: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal. You DO NOT need a Paypal account to purchase through Paypal. You can use a credit card.
Q; Is my credit card information secure?
Our shopping cart is powered by Paypal. PayPal protects your financial information with industry-leading security and fraud prevention systems. When you use PayPal, your financial information is not shared with the merchant. Once your payment is complete, you will be emailed a receipt for this transaction.
Q: I had trouble placing an order, what should I do?
A: Please send us an email and we will get right back to you.
Q: What is your Return Policy?
We want you to be totally satisfied with every purchase you make from Pineapple Cove. Products purchased directly from us are returnable within 30 days of purchase. The item must be in its original condition and still have the tag attached. Shipping costs for returned merchandise are the responsibility of the buyer. Please contact us for an RA (return authorization) number.
If your item arrives damaged, you must let us know within 15 days of purchase to qualify for a full refund and/or replacement.
If you have purchased your item(s) from one of our retailers, please contact them directly for their return policy. We cannot accept returns for items purchased from another retailer.
